Group Therapy

Group therapy is a practical resource to help those who need a safe place to talk openly and learn new coping skills. In a group setting, a therapist facilitates self-disclosure and interactions that help the participants to gain self-confidence, improve coping skills and problem solving abilities. This also aids in better equipping them to engage in healthy communication and relationships.

Consider getting effective help in a group setting that can truly make a difference in terms of a healthier, happier ongoing lifestyle. This is a less expensive way to get excellent help in a safe and productive setting.

Overeaters Group

Have you come to terms with the fact that there is more to food and diet efforts than meets the eye when attempting to lose weight and improve overall health? For the best potential to succeed, it is imperative to address the underlying issues and learned eating tendencies. In doing this, it is possible to overcome the persistent challenges in one's thinking & behavior that sabotages those good intentions. Cheri LeFevre facilitates this group.

At-Risk Youth Group

In today's culture, it is tough to be a teenager. Social media, easy access to alcohol & drugs, peer pressure, bullying, media influences, family stress and the list goes on! The group therapy setting is a non-threatening way to prevent the more threatening issues related to depression, suicide, addictions and other damaging behaviors from wreaking havoc. Cheri LeFevre facilitates this group.
